Business MAnager
Based on strong sales growth and an optimistic view of the future, we are seeking a competent individual who possesses a broad range of management skills looking for a challenge and desire to join a progressive and innovative Australian Company.
As our Business Manager you will have relative autonomy to further develop the Safety MITS brand and business platforms.
The key objectives for this role are to develop profitable growth of the Safety MITS product portfolio and contract relationships, while building resources within the business to further expand our local and global relationships.

- Business to business sales experience within heavy industrial and engineering industries

- Experience with industrial based product sales
- Possess excellent personal organisation and business administration skills
- People management experience
- Ability to build a high performing team who can operate efficiently, effectively, productively and cost effectively
- Knowledge of management systems.
- Appreciation of social media and it’s importance in growing awareness of a business to business sales platform.
More information about the role:
- This role is located at our Seven Hills (Sydney) facility.
- Within COVID-19 guidelines, travel is required.
- A minimum of 5 years industrial equipment sales experience is required
- Business management experience required
- Business related qualifications would be highly regarded.
- Remuneration includes a base salary, superannuation, company maintained motor vehicle.
- Ability to earn bonuses
- Technology tools including mobile phone and laptop supplied.
