OVERVIEW

Item Code: BP151860LO = 15cm x 18cm x 60cm

Product Description

Heavy-Duty Construction Jacking & Cribbing Blocks are purpose-built to replace traditional timber blocks used for stabilising machinery and equipment during lifting for repair, maintenance, or storage. Designed with a cup or cone profile on all four sides, these rectangular blocks offer flexibility, allowing users to position them at either a 15cm or 18cm height. Like all Blox products, the top block in a stack can be flipped to create a flat surface for jacking, adding versatility to various applications.

These blocks are ideal for high-tonnage load-bearing stabilisation, making them perfect for use with large structures, bulldozers, scrapers, graders, and similar heavy equipment. The BP151830LO and BP151860LO models are especially well-suited for service van tool kits, offering a compact design with exceptional load-bearing capacity.

As a safer alternative to timber dunnage and traditional support blocks, the BP151860LO and BP151830LO jacking and cribbing blocks are made from recycled plastic using a precise, repeatable formula. Strict manufacturing processes and quality controls ensure uniformity and durability. Their recycled composition not only enhances performance but also promotes environmental sustainability, making them an eco-friendly choice for heavy-duty stabilisation tasks.

Warning: Always perform your own risk assessment before using this product. Always know the weight of the equipment or machine being supported. Consult your equipment and machinery manufacturer manual and guidelines for recommended blocking and lifting points. Never exceed the maximum WLL of the cribbing blocks or cribs. Under no circumstances does the WLL mentioned above take into consideration point loading or uneven weight distribution of the supported load.
