Item Code: BP41030LO- Always perform your own risk assessment before using this product.
OVERVIEW
Item Code: BP41030LO = 4cm x 10cm x 30cm
Product Description
Blox cup and cone jacking and cribbing blocks are specifically designed to replace traditional, unsafe timber blocks used for stabilising machinery and equipment during repairs, maintenance, or storage. Featuring a cup and cone profile on two surfaces, these blocks interlock securely when stacked, providing a stable base and top. They are ideal for situations requiring a low-profile height or for filling small gaps when used alongside larger Blox jacking and cribbing blocks. Additionally, the top block in a stack can be flipped to create a flat surface for jacking, ensuring versatility in various applications.
Blox jacking and support blocks offer a safer and more reliable alternative to timber dunnage and blocks typically used for jacking and stabilising tasks. Manufactured from recycled plastic using a precise, repeatable formula under strict quality controls, these blocks ensure consistency and durability. Their recycled composition not only enhances environmental sustainability but also supports eco-friendly practices without compromising performance.
Warning: Always perform your own risk assessment before using this product. Always know the weight of the equipment or machine being supported. Consult your equipment and machinery manufacturer manual and guidelines for recommended blocking and lifting points. Never exceed the maximum WLL of the cribbing blocks or cribs. Under no circumstances does the WLL mentioned above take into consideration point loading or uneven weight distribution of the supported load. Copies of Technical Data Sheets can be obtained from the resource page of this web site, email info@safetymits.com or phone 02 9838 8887.
